Bring a little Australian twist to your seafood main with this delicately grilled salmon with macadamia pangrattato.

Pangrattato is simply a toasted breadcrumb mixture, but we levelled it up with crunchy Australian macadamias.

Seafood is at the front of everyone’s mind during the holidays, and there’s no better way to serve your prawns than accompanied with a fresh sweet mango salad with a zippy chilli and ginger sauce.

Tiramisu trifle

Can’t choose between a tiramisu or a trifle? Well, the chocolate queen Kirsten Tibballs has come up with a solution: tiramisu trifle. Not only is this a fantastic and unique spin on a classic Italian dessert, it’s quick to make with luscious layers of mascarpone, cream and coffee-soaked biscuits.

If you want to make an alcohol-free version, omit marsala wine and add a touch more coffee and sugar.

This playful take on an antipasto recipe allows you to showcase your favourite flavours while impressing guests with a beautiful, edible masterpiece. Start by choosing your preferred Bertocchi cured meats and build your very own “cheesecake” by layering them artfully around your “cake”. Don’t forget to add crackers, olives, and fruit for a burst of colour and texture.
