We are so excited to invite you to join us at our inaugural Australian Women’s Weekly Health Summit, brought to you by Priceline Pharmacy, together with Jean Hailes and McKenzie’s Foods in Sydney on Saturday 31 August!
Hosted by myself, Sophie Tedmanson the Editor of The Australian Women’s Weekly and emcee Jessica Rowe, our Health Summit features some of Australia’s most trusted wellness experts including chef Julie Goodwin, fitness trainer Michelle Bridges, actress and mental health advocate Jodi Gordon, TV personality Myf Warhurst, former model Alison Daddo and finance expert Effie Zahos.
Featuring inspiring panel discussions on everything from menopause to mental health, live demonstrations with healthy eating and exercise tips and an interactive session to get you financially fit and healthy – this motivational morning will help spur you into action.
We created The Australian Women’s Weekly Health Summit for you – because Australian women are more focused on their mental and physical health than ever before, and while the conversation around women’s health has progressed, it’s clear we still have more work to do. The Weekly’s 2023 Voice of Australian Women Survey found less than half the women surveyed have experienced a mental health condition such as anxiety and depression, and more than half are struggling with menopause symptoms.
So we are proud to lead the national conversation around women’s health with our inaugural Health Summit and hope to see you there for a morning of inspiration, insights and empowerment.
Tickets are on sale now, and each ticket includes a free gift bag with items from Priceline Pharmacy and The Australian Women’s Weekly valued at over $200!
